After renting on Kauai for years, the couple found the perfect blank slate situated near their favorite beach on the island, and they knew it was time to create their dream home to raise their family. The design direction is simple - beachy, airy, livable. The goal is to give the property a substantial upgrade without feeling over-designed. A home suitable for sandy toes, dinners on the lanai with friends, and design centered around connecting as a family is the intention.
